This is Erika Reyna’s personal website. This policy explains what data erikareyna.com collects, how it is used and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, your email address, the reason and the message you write.
  • Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider (Google Firebase) automatically logs technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. If we measure visits in the future, it will be anonymous and cookie-free, and we will say so here.

How we use information

We use contact form data only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising or marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the site: Google Firebase (hosting and message storage) and the email service that notifies Erika when a message arrives. These providers may use the data only to deliver that service.

How long we keep data

We keep contact form messages for up to two years, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Privacy signals

This site does not track your activity across other websites and does not sell or share personal information. That is why it works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a request not to sell or share your data.

Articles link to outside sources. When you visit those sites, their own privacy policies apply.

Children

This site is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we received it, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing through the contact form. If you live in California, please also see the California Privacy page.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
